Clubhouse
We offer the only student housing clubhouse in Ceder City. This is located at Stadium Way, but is fully useable by all College Way residents. We also have a 20 person hot tub and outdoor park w/sand volleyball pit and barbecue facilities. The clubhouse has a pool table, foosball table, 2 tanning bed rooms, vending machines, TV/gathering room with big screen TV and more! College Way is one block away. All College Way residents get free use of the tanning beds weekly! Stadium Way residents must pay for use of the tanning beds.
