APARTMENT RULES:

  1. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OR FIREARMS. IF YOU PLAN ON SMOKING OR DRINKING, DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE.

  2. No overnight Guests.

  3. Rent is due by first day of school (or your first day of occupancy of each semester, whichever comes first); For those on a scholarship or paying in 3 equal payments, you must have a parent gauranty which you can download by clicking here. Those paying in 3 installments are assessed an extra charge of $25 for the semester.

  4. Apartment must be kept clean and in good repair

  5. Cost of any damages caused by student will be paid by student.

  6. No pets, not even fish.

  7. Only small picture frame type nails may be used on walls. No Tape or self-adhesive products
  8. When using the internet, you may not use routers, webcams, or spyware as they can shut down the system.

    I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES LISTED ABOVE. If applying for fall semester, I agree to sign a lease for fall and spring semesters. I understand that I am responsible for selling my contract if I leave. I agree to pay rent at the applicable rental rates. I understand that there are additional rules contained in the lease. I understand if I am going to cancel my application, I must send in a written request for return of my deposit by June 1st if applying for fall semester or by October 1st if applying for spring semester. I further understand that Stadium Way/College Way may reject this application for any reason it deems proper. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY RESERVED SPOT FOR HOUSING MAY BE GIVEN TO ANOTHER PERSON IF I HAVE NOT CHECKED IN BY 4:00 P.M. THE DAY PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL UNLESS I HAVE CALLED (435) 586-1121 OR EMAILED THE MANAGER (SUU-SNOW@YAHOO.COM) TO NOTIFY THE MANAGER THAT I WILL BE LATE AND I RECEIVE A CONFIRMING EMAIL BACK. IF I FAIL TO DO THIS I UNDERSTAND MY ROOM MAY BE GIVEN TO ANOTHER PERSON AND I WILL FORFEIT MY DEPOSIT.
By submitting this application over the Internet, a place will be reserved for you for up to 10 days, as long as there is still space available. If your deposit of $250.00 is not received within 10 days at the following address your reservation will be cancelled (you can call and use a credit card for your deposit):
